  • Professional Liability Protection for the Allied Health Sector

Huntersure specializes in providing professional liability and general liability insurance solutions for Allied Healthcare providers. Allied Health includes many different types of agencies and professionals that serve the healthcare community. These organizations face a number of critical liability exposures that involve accidents, injuries and property damage in the course of doing business as well as professional malpractice in the services they and their staff provide.
  • Professional Liability Protection for Social Service Risks

Just as with any other type of business, there are general liability concerns – accidents, injuries and property damage for which an organization can be found liable. There are also professional liability risks inherent in the performance of their work. If an error, omission or negligent act occurs, a staff member and the organization itself could face a lawsuit, which can negatively impact the effectiveness of the organization to operate. In addition, there is the real risk of data breaches that occur with increasing frequency throughout the broad spectrum of healthcare facilities and organizations.
  • Professional Liability Protection for Residential Facilities

Residential faclities, including independent living homes and assisted living homes, are integral to our communities in addressing the needs of seniors as they age and become ill. These facilities are expanding with the graying of America. They are also evolving to meet the expectations of Baby Boomers, which differ from previous generations.
  • Professional Liability Insurance for Contractors

As construction delivery methods have changed in recent years, so have the exposures of contractors. Huntersure’s Contractors Professional Liability policy is tailored to the unique professional liability needs of these firms. Providing protection for allegations of professional negligence against the firm, the policy also extends coverage to protect the insured where their sub-contractors are carrying inadequate insurance. Add on coverage for mitigation costs and expenses, the option of pollution liability coverage, and additional payments to assist the insured in dealing with a claim, and you have a comprehensive professional liability policy specifically for your contractor clients.
  • Errors & Omissions for Insurance Professionals

As risk advisors and consultants, insurance professionals are vulnerable to a wide array of professional liability claims from insureds when a loss, accident or injury occurs and there is a lack of coverage or inadequate limits. Super Storm Sandy is a perfect example of this with homeowners and businesses crying foul when their flood coverage was not enough or non-existent, when operations were shuttered and business interruption issues arose, including supply chain disruptions, power outages and other factors that resulted in diminished coverage. Hurricane Ike in Texas is another example where separate wind insurance was needed for adequate coverage to respond. There was an influx of claims against insurance professionals, alleging that wind coverage wasn’t offered or obtained through the state’s pool.
  • Errors & Omissions Insurance for Multi-Media Professionals

Technology advances have changed the landscape for content providers and multi-media professionals, allowing them to help clients reach and engage with a global audience across a number of platforms. But with these advances also come some very significant liability exposures for those on the design, development and programming end. There are so many issues that could go wrong, with insureds defending their performance and work product in court.
  • Professional Liability Insurance for Construction Management Firms

With the increasing role in projects that Construction Management firms have undertaken in the last 10 to 15 years, they face many of the same professional liability issues confronting architects and design professionals. These Construction Management Firms often serve as the “single point person” to design and build the project or to be the owner’s eyes and ears on projects.
  • Professional Liability for Design, Engineering & Inspection Consultants

Huntersure’s Technical Consultants Insurance Program is designed to offer specialized and tailored professional liability insurance for firms engaged in engineering services, inspecting, and various design services. Is your client not a licensed engineer or architect? We are able to offer coverage for architectural and engineering consultants that are not licensed as architects or engineers. Our program is written on behalf of certain Lloyd’s Syndicates (A.M. Best Rating “A XV”) and is led by experienced professional liability insurance underwriters.
  • Professional Liability Insurance for Management Consultants

Huntersure offers Professional Liability insurance coverage for large Management Consulting and Actuarial Firms. Our products are written on behalf of a domestic carrier that maintains an A.M. Best of “A+XV” (superior). As with our Large Law Firm Facility, we have a nationwide exclusive relationship with this same carrier for Management Consultants Errors & Omissions insurance.
